Course description

Lectures are given from 25-07-2016 to 28-07-2016, 6 hours per day. As a general structure, each day is based on 4 periods of teaching (2 in the morning before lunch break and 2 in the afternoon and early evening), dealing with Theory, Applications, and Tutorial on PC. Two days, 29-07-2016 and 30-07-2016, are required for educational visits in local producers and food industries.

This unique and innovative summer school will include lectures, visits to local producers, and laboratories of culinary techniques to increase the awareness, appeal, and understanding of Mediterranean dietary habits.

A certificate will be awarded to all participants. A final exam is scheduled on Monday Augsut 1 for those who need the certificate of attendance to be associated to a grade in order to ask for credits recognition.
